He joined Tecnologico de Monterrey as Vice President of Administration and Finance of the System in April 2018, with responsibility for the areas of Compliance, Financial Planning and Information Technology.
Pascual began his career at Procter & Gamble, where he held various responsibilities throughout Latin America. He later joined Novartis, gaining work experience in Switzerland and the United States, taking on various roles including CFO of Latin America, Global CFO of Supply Chain, and more recently, Global Vice President of Business Planning and Analysis. As an entrepreneur, he has developed a chain of hotels in the historic center of Querétaro.
He holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a master's degree in Supply Chain Strategy and International Logistics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He has participated in several programs at Harvard Business School, as well as the Executive Board Member Program at EGADE Business School, and more recently in the Inclusive Leadership and Diversity Management program at ESADE. This year, he will complete his program in Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Acceleration at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
He is currently President of the Coparmex Entrepreneurship Commission, a founding member of Queretaro Circular, a member of the Digital Transformation Council 2035, and a member of the Water Council of the State of Querétaro.
