Edna is a political scientist from ITAM. She has over 30 years of experience promoting transformations in the country's public policies from organized civil society.
Founder and former General Director of México Evalúa, a think tank that analyzes, evaluates, and proposes solutions to Mexico's most pressing problems. She is Vice President of the Paris Peace Forum, global fellow at the Wilson Center in Washington D.C., and an associate of the Mexican Council on Foreign Relations (COMEXI).
She is co-author of The Riddle of Legitimacy and Accountability and Combating Corruption: Challenges and Obstacles, in addition to contributing to numerous collective works.
Since August 2023, she has joined Tecnológico de Monterrey as National Dean of the School of Social Sciences and Government.
